Open only to citizens of Uzbekistan; there is no age limit. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree (or be completing one in the current academic year) and be admitted, or in the process of being admitted, to a Master's programme at a French state or state-recognised institution; doctoral and postdoctoral levels are not covered by this programme. B2-level French or English is required. All fields of study are accepted.

U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
Japanese Government (MEXT)
Full scholarship: a monthly stipend of ¥143,000–145,000 (varies by degree level and field), with tuition and international airfare covered by the Government of Japan. The program typically begins with research-student (kenkyusei) status before transferring into a master's or doctoral program.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
