Open only to Uzbekistan-citizen students in the final two years of a bachelor's degree at state, private or foreign higher education institutions (including joint programmes) located in Uzbekistan, with an excellent academic record and active research/creative work. This is a domestic scholarship exclusively for students studying inside Uzbekistan.
