ICCR allocates dedicated scholarship slots for Uzbek nationals every year — the Embassy of India in Tashkent reported 12 slots for AY 2023-24, continuing annually under the India-Uzbekistan cultural cooperation framework. Candidates must be aged 18-40 for undergraduate programmes and up to 50 for PhD, hold the relevant prior qualification, and demonstrate good command of English (via essay or IELTS/TOEFL).

Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
