Uzbekistan is officially listed among the countries eligible for the MTCP Scholarship (Asia region). Candidates must hold an offer of admission for a Master's programme from a Malaysian public university and a minimum Second Class Upper (CGPA 3.5 or equivalent) undergraduate result. Nursing, Medicine and Clinical Pharmacy programmes are excluded.

U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)

Japanese Government (MEXT)
Full scholarship: a monthly stipend of ¥143,000–145,000 (varies by degree level and field), with tuition and international airfare covered by the Government of Japan. The program typically begins with research-student (kenkyusei) status before transferring into a master's or doctoral program.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
