Open only to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan — final-year bachelor's students at state, private, and foreign-affiliated higher education institutions in Uzbekistan (including joint programs) with a straight "excellent" academic record and at least 2 scientific/creative publications. Requires proficiency in the state language and one foreign language, plus knowledge of Uzbekistan's history.
