Uzbekistan is officially listed among the eligible countries for the 2026 programme cycle. This is confirmed by two independent sources: the Swedish Institute's own official page and an official announcement from Uzbekistan's Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade. Applicants need at least a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3,000 hours of work experience (a requirement specifically noted for Uzbek citizens), and demonstrated leadership potential.

U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
