Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year were accepted via the vladnestipendia.sk portal from 23 March to 25 May 2026 — this deadline has already passed (as of today, 12 July 2026). The programme recurs annually; the next cycle for 2027/2028 is expected to open around spring 2027 (March-May).
U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
