Restricted to Uzbekistan-citizen students in the final two years of a bachelor's degree at Uzbekistan-based state, private or foreign HEIs (including joint programmes), with excellent grades and research/creative activity. Distinct from the separate youth initiative "Mirzo Ulugbek Vorislari" (Data Science courses, ages 16-25) — this is the named state stipend in place since 2008.
