The program is open to citizens of any country — roughly 75% of students are international, and official materials list no nationality restriction, so Uzbekistan citizens are fully eligible to apply. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field (or be on track to graduate by the stated deadline), have a strong academic record, and demonstrate English proficiency at IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL iBT 100 (exempted for graduates of English-taught programs).
Annual
For international (non-mainland-China) applicants, the application window typically opens around September and closes in early December (for example, the 2026 cohort deadline was December 1, 2025); the next cycle's call is announced annually around September.
