The application window for the 2027-2028 cycle closed on 31 May 2026 (per the official announcement by the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent). Applications typically open in December-January of the preceding year and close in May. The exact deadline for the next (2028-2029) cycle has not yet been announced.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
Japanese Government (MEXT)
Full scholarship: a monthly stipend of ¥143,000–145,000 (varies by degree level and field), with tuition and international airfare covered by the Government of Japan. The program typically begins with research-student (kenkyusei) status before transferring into a master's or doctoral program.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
