Politecnico di Milano + Politecnico di Torino
Tuition is free (excluding local taxes and administrative fees); admitted students receive financial support for accommodation and daily living costs (a dormitory place + stipend). The exact amount in EUR is not disclosed on the official website.
Applicants need a Bachelor's degree (at least 3 years of study) or must be in their final year of a Bachelor's programme, with a minimum average grade of 27/30 or equivalent and proficiency in English. There is no official nationality restriction — the programme is open to international students, but admission is extremely competitive (only around 150 places per year: 90 at the Milan campus and 60 at the Turin campus).

Annual approximate pattern: applications open in late July, closing around 2 October for the Milan campus and around 15 October for the Turin campus (based on the 2025/26, 22nd cycle; exact dates for the 2026/27 cycle have not yet been announced on the official website).
U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
