Embassy of France in Uzbekistan
The scholarship provides a fixed monthly allowance of EUR 860 (typically for 12 months); it also covers a round-trip international flight, student social security (for those under 28), a long-stay student visa (excluding visa centre processing fees), and Campus France assistance in accessing CROUS student housing.
Open only to citizens of Uzbekistan; there is no age limit. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree (or be completing one in the current academic year) and be admitted, or in the process of being admitted, to a Master's programme at a French state or state-recognised institution; doctoral and postdoctoral levels are not covered by this programme. B2-level French or English is required. All fields of study are accepted.
Uzbekistan citizens only
The application form and supporting documents (international passport copy, CV and motivation letter in French, notarised translation of diploma and transcripts, language certificate, recommendation letter) are compiled into a single ZIP file and sent to the Embassy's Cooperation and Cultural Action Department (Campus France Tashkent) at [email protected]; each file name must include the applicant's surname.

The most recently published call was for the 2025-2026 academic year, with the application deadline on 30 March 2025 (23:59) and results announced in April-May. The Embassy sets the schedule anew each year (typically January-March); applicants should confirm the current year's exact date via [email protected] or the Embassy's website.
U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
