Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)
Full government-funded coverage: tuition fees, a monthly stipend adjusted to cost of living, medical insurance, a dissertation/publication preparation allowance, a return airfare for PhD graduates, a settling-in allowance, and a conference grant. Three separate tracks exist: the Scholarship Program for Muslim Communities (SPMC, for non-member countries) at bachelor's level, the Master's Program (M.Sc., for least-developed member countries), and the PhD/post-doctoral Merit Scholarship Program (MSP) in high-technology fields.
As a member state of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Uzbekistan is eligible for the M.Sc. and Merit (PhD/postdoctoral) programs. Candidates in engineering, medicine, IT, and other priority fields are accepted, provided they demonstrate financial need and strong academic performance.
