Korean Government (NIIED)
Full coverage: tuition (up to ₩5 million per semester, with the remainder covered by the university), a mandatory one-year Korean language course, round-trip airfare, health insurance, and a one-time settlement allowance of ~₩200,000 on arrival. Monthly living stipend: ~₩900,000 for undergraduates; for master's/PhD students, raised from 2026 to ~₩1,000,000–1,380,000, plus a field-dependent research allowance (~₩210,000–240,000) and a Korean-proficiency bonus.
Uzbekistan is on the list of eligible Asian countries for GKS, and applicants can apply either via the Korean Embassy in Tashkent (Embassy Track) or directly through a university (University Track). Undergraduate admission is announced in autumn (September–October); master's/PhD admission in spring (February–March).

U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
