Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA)
Master's students receive a monthly stipend of PLN 2,500, tuition exemption at public universities, an optional NAWA-funded preparatory course, and a one-time PLN 2,500 travel allowance.
Open to citizens of listed countries; Uzbekistan is explicitly named on the official 2026/2027 country list published on Poland's official gov.pl embassy pages. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least B2 proficiency in Polish or English, not already hold a Master's degree, and not be a Polish citizen.

Candidates first apply directly to their chosen Polish university's degree programme, then register on the programs.nawa.gov.pl system and submit an application together with proof of admission and other required documents.
Annual
Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year are accepted until 8 May 2026 (3:00 p.m. CET) via the NAWA online system, or until the application limit per country group is reached.
U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
