Sciences Po (Paris Institute of Political Studies)
At undergraduate level: full tuition exemption or a reduction of up to EUR 9,500 per year; at Master's level: a tuition fee reduction of EUR 18,500 for each of the two years of the programme (up to EUR 37,000 total across the programme). Living and accommodation costs are not covered.
Open to citizens of any non-EU country (including Uzbekistan), provided the household does not pay taxes within the EU and the applicant is a first-time applicant to Sciences Po; Swiss and Norwegian nationals and EU dual citizens are excluded.
When submitting the online application to a Sciences Po Bachelor's or Master's programme, applicants tick the Émile Boutmy scholarship request in the 'Financial information' section; the scholarship is only considered if the applicant is admitted.
Annual
For undergraduate applicants from foreign secondary schools, the deadline falls in January (e.g., 20 January 2026); for Master's, there are two admission rounds around 19 October and 30 November.
U.S. Department of State
Full scholarship: tuition, monthly living stipend, international and domestic airfare, and J-1 Exchange Visitor health insurance. The program enables recipients to earn a Master's degree in the U.S. or conduct research under the Open Study/Research Award.
Turkish Government (YTB)
Full funding: tuition, accommodation, a monthly stipend (approximately TRY 4,500 for Bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for Master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD students), health insurance, a one-year Turkish-language course, and round-trip airfare.
UK Government (FCDO)
Full scholarship: university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance (rate varies by city), return flights to and from the UK, visa costs, and additional grants (e.g. for research). Available only for one-year master's programmes.
