A monthly stipend of 1,800–2,200 PLN (varies by level: bachelor's ≈1,500–1,800 PLN, master's ≈2,200 PLN) plus a one-time allowance of approximately 2,200 PLN, a US$120 pocket allowance, international airfare, free tuition, and medical insurance of up to US$50,000.
Graduates (bachelor's/master's-level engineers) in science, technology and engineering fields from developing countries that have a National Commission for UNESCO (Africa, Arab States, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions). Uzbekistan is officially included among the invited countries (Asia-Pacific region) — confirmed.

Annual
A new intake is announced annually in April–May (the 2025 round's deadline was 26 May 2025, with the programme itself running from October 2025 to March 2026). One unofficial source lists 15 May 2026 for the 2026/2027 round, but this has not been confirmed on the official UNESCO or AGH pages.
Royal Society (UK)
Under the Global round: up to £3,000 for a single visit (up to 3 months), up to £6,000 for multiple visits within one year, and up to £12,000 in total over two years. Under the Cost-Share round, the Royal Society provides up to £12,000, matched by an equal contribution from an overseas partner organisation (e.g. Italy's CNR, Japan's JSPS, China's NSFC, or Taiwan's NSTC).
German Academic Exchange Service
Doctoral candidates and early-career postdocs receive a stipend of approximately €1,200–1,400 per month, along with health/accident insurance and a travel grant; the exact rate is updated annually.
European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN)
A daily allowance of approximately CHF 93-94 (tax-free) for accommodation and meals, plus coverage of travel costs to and from Geneva and full health insurance.
