When does this apply?

Use when the same objects are rated by several raters or by several repeated measurements; each rater is a separate column, one row is one object. The model and the measurement unit are chosen from the study design, not from the data. All six ICC forms are reported with confidence intervals, together with the standard error of measurement (SEM) and the minimal detectable change. No quality verdict is given.
