What it reports

Cronbach’s α with confidence intervals; no “acceptable” threshold is imposed.

When does this apply?

For assessing internal consistency across two or more items of a single scale; each item sits in its own column, one row per respondent. The output is Cronbach’s α with a confidence interval, and per item the item–rest correlation and “α if item deleted”. This is not a hypothesis test: neither a p-value nor an effect size is computed, and no cutoff is applied to α.
